How do you ship?
We ship in Canada through eShipper and its partners. In Hamilton, Ontario and surrounding area we deliver the packages ourselves, FREE of charge, on all orders!
When are you open?
We do not have a physical store but you can order online 24/7. We only process your orders during bussiness days as we do not work on holidays.
Can i pick an order by myself?
No you can not. We are a family bussiness and we do not own a physical store. All orders are delivered by us in Hamilton, Ontario and surrounding area and by eShipper and its partners for the rest of the country.
How do i know if an item is in stock?
If a product is out of stock then in the product’s page, “add to cart” button will not be available and instead of the button, the status “out of stock” will be displayed. We do our best to maintain an accurate stock information.
Can i return a product?
If you are not satisfied with our products, please send us back the unused portion and we will refund your money.
What if an item is missing from my order?
Please contact us by email by sales@biovibez.ca and we will do our best to solve the issue.
Are your products safe to use?
As with many handcrafted items, Biovibez Soapery and More products are wonderfully varied and unique. At BioVibez we take the utmost care in producing all of our products and we pride ourselves on our quality and consistency and we adhere to all safety and health standards.
We use natural ingredients from our reliable Canadian suppliers!
Please use our products as directed. Our products are not intended for medical cures, they have a cosmetic purpose only, so if you have a skin irritation, flare up or develop an allergy or condition please discontinue use and consult a physician or medical facility immediately.

Where can i view the status of my order?
You will receive an email after checkout and everytime we modify your order status. You can check your order status in your account.
